an adequate stay overall
cute atmosphere helpful receptionist relaxing time cigarette smell extra fee twin room
the reception area presented a cute atmosphere. sophia was helpful upon arrival. the pool facilities were a positive aspect of my stay, they gave me a relaxing time.
I booked a double room, but was initially given a twin room. the bathroom smelled of stale cigarettes. fresh towels were not provided during my three-night stay. also, the spa facilities required an additional fee.

large tv garden lights pet policy reception area
i stayed in a room with a large tv and i appreciated it. i spent time outside the bar and the garden lights were a lovely touch as the sun set.
the hotel stated it was pet friendly however my cat was not allowed to stay. there were dogs in the reception area and they were jumping on guests.

The hotel's pool was a great facility, with warm water. I found the sauna to be quite enjoyable. Breakfast had a good selection and empty containers were refilled quickly.
The hotel layout was complex, it was hard to navigate at first. I noticed most rooms were only accessible by stairs. This made it difficult for elderly guests.
